Why we built it

There are two of us, running an online business, often from a café. Our work lived in WhatsApp, in a task board nobody opened, in a ChatGPT tab that forgot us, and in our heads. Things slipped, and we found out when a customer asked.

Big companies have someone whose job is to ask “did that get done?”, and experts down the hall for every decision. We don't think a small business should have to do without.

So we built the place we wanted to open every morning.

What is it, in one sentence?
One place for your whole business: a chat, your tasks, a chief of staff that turns conversation into tasks and follows up, and AI specialists who know your business.
Why not just use WhatsApp, Trello and ChatGPT?
Because none of them talk to each other, and none of them follow up. The task you agreed on in WhatsApp never reaches Trello, and ChatGPT has never heard of either. Here the conversation, the task and the advice all happen in the same place, and something makes sure the task gets done.
Will my partner actually use it?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this: it's a chat. There's nothing to fill in and no board to keep tidy. Tasks come out of what you say, and anything handed to them reaches their phone.
What do the specialists actually know?
Your business description, your notebook (the facts and decisions you've kept, your documents, websites, files and video transcripts), your Updates, your open tasks, and the conversation they're in. They never see messages between the two of you.
Do I need my own AI subscription or key?
No. The specialists are included in the price and there's nothing to set up. Your data is never used to train AI models, and the privacy policy says exactly what is sent where.
What does it cost for one person? For three?
The same $45 a month covers one person or two. Each extra person is $15 a month, so three people pay $60 and four pay $75.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open it in your browser, add it to your home screen and turn on notifications. If you prefer Telegram, link it and briefings, reminders and hand-offs arrive there whenever you're away from the app.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your business becomes read-only. Every conversation, task and note is still there to read and export, nothing is deleted, and subscribing brings it all back straight away. You don't need a card to start. If you add one during the trial, the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends, and you can cancel before then, so there are no surprise charges.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. One button in Settings downloads everything as a file, and we delete the business when you ask.
